Our app uses AI to analyze user-submitted stool images and provide:

• Poop scores

• Gut health tracking

• Digestive trend insights

You agree that:

• You are the owner of any content you upload.

• You will not upload images that are misleading, abusive, inappropriate, or illegal.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for any misuse of the app.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Flush for unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes.

• Upload any content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt our AI systems.

5. Account & Data

Creating an account (optional) may allow you to:

• Track progress

• Sync across devices

• Back up your data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and any activity under your account.

6. Image Processing & Storage

Images are processed using third-party AI (e.g., OpenAI).
We do not store stool images permanently unless you opt in to save your scan history.

We may temporarily retain image data to deliver analysis, improve features, or troubleshoot errors.

All content, logos, text, software, and features of Flush are the property of Flush (or its licensors). You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Flush may integrate third-party tools (e.g., image analysis APIs, analytics). You acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not responsible for third-party services.

• Use of third-party tools may be subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flush is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

You use Flush at your own risk.
